30-Day Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Durautos within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following qualifying conditions:

Defective, incorrect, or damaged items
Incompatibility with your vehicle
Part failed during intended use
Ordered by mistake or changed mind

Special Handling for Verified Defects

No-Return Refunds

For parts with verified defects or failures during intended use, you may be eligible for a full refund without having to ship the item back to us. Our technical team will review your claim to expedite this process.

Return Requirements & Condition

For all returns not related to verified manufacturing defects, the following standards must be met to ensure a smooth refund process:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition with all components included.
  • Original Packaging: Parts must be in the original manufacturer box.
  • Resalable State: Both the product and the packaging must be in resalable condition (no grease, tool marks, or damaged boxes).

Restocking Fee

We are committed to providing highly cost-effective prices to our customers. To help us operate better, we may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns.

Prepaid Return Shipping

At Durautos, we make the process as easy as possible for our customers. For all eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to cover the return costs. You won't have to worry about out-of-pocket expenses for qualified claims.

  • Step 2: Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective to qualify for a "No-Return Refund."
