1. Our Commitment to Reliability

At Durautos, our warranty policy is designed to offer our customers total peace of mind. We take pride in the engineering of our components, ensuring you get the performance your vehicle deserves.

1-Year Limited Warranty

For products not carrying a separate manufacturer's warranty, Durautos provides a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty from the date of receipt. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials.
  • Faults in workmanship under normal operating conditions.
  • Remedy: We will provide a replacement part. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

2. Important Exclusions

While our warranty offers extensive protection, it does not cover issues resulting from external factors or maintenance gaps:

  • Wear & Tear: Natural degradation of components over time.
  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
  • Environmental Damage: Issues caused by rain, snow, salt, rust, or extreme corrosion.
  • Off-Road Misuse: Damage from racing, off-road abuse, or unauthorized vehicle modifications.

⚠️ Labor & Incidental Costs Exclusion

This warranty DOES NOT COVER labor costs for installation or removal, towing charges, rental car fees, storage fees, or any incidental or consequential damages such as property damage or loss of time.

3. Warranty Terms at a Glance

Transferability Valid only for the original purchaser (Non-transferable).
