Durautos Warranty Policy
Understand your 1-year limited warranty, what it covers, and how to get help if a covered part develops a defect.
1. Our Commitment to Reliability
At Durautos, we stand behind the quality of our automotive parts. Our limited warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
1-Year Limited Warranty
For products not carrying a separate manufacturer's warranty, Durautos provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
- Materials: Manufacturing defects in the materials used to make the product.
- Workmanship: Defects in workmanship that occur under normal operating conditions.
- Remedy: For an approved claim, we will provide a replacement part. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the product's original purchase price.
If a product carries a separate manufacturer's warranty, please review the warranty supplied with that product for its coverage and claim instructions. Contact our support team if you need help identifying which warranty applies.
Warranty coverage is separate from return eligibility. This warranty addresses covered product defects; it does not extend the window for returns due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake.
2. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by the following conditions rather than a defect in materials or workmanship:
- Normal Wear: Ordinary wear and deterioration resulting from normal use, rather than a manufacturing defect.
- Improper Installation or Maintenance: Damage caused by incorrect installation, accidents, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
- Environmental Damage: Damage caused by external exposure to rain, snow, salt, rust, or extreme corrosion, rather than a manufacturing defect.
- Misuse or Modifications: Damage caused by racing, off-road abuse, or unauthorized vehicle modifications.
Labor & Related Costs
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover installation or removal labor, towing charges, rental car fees, storage fees, or incidental or consequential damages, including property damage or loss of time.
Where state law prohibits an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, that exclusion or limitation does not apply.
3. Warranty Terms at a Glance

4. How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact service@durautos.com to request warranty assistance. Please have the following information ready:
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- The product name or part number.
- A description of the issue and when it occurred.
- Relevant photos or videos, if available.
- Your vehicle's year, make, model, engine, and VIN if relevant to diagnosis or fitment.

5. Your Legal Rights

The exclusions and limitations in this policy apply only where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
